Founded in 2022, LTPS was established by Lauren Tartaglione (LT), following a career spanning more than 15 years across healthcare operations, provider relations, strategic growth, brand positioning, and high-touch service environments where communication, structure, and experience directly influence outcomes, including physician and provider satisfaction.
Lauren studied Organizational Communications & Leadership at the University of South Florida, developing an early understanding of leadership dynamics, organizational culture, communication strategy, and the systems that influence engagement, performance, and long-term organizational success.
Her professional foundation began in aviation as a flight attendant before advancing into inflight operations, where she established an exacting standard for service, discretion, adaptability, and situational awareness in high-pressure environments. That experience shaped a philosophy that continues to define her work today: exceptional systems are ultimately defined by exceptional human experience.
She later transitioned into healthcare through specialty pharmacy, building expertise in operational design, workflow optimization, and patient-centered coordination within highly regulated environments. Her trajectory continued at AdventHealth, where she advanced into Physician and Medical Staff Services leadership within a multi-hospital system, serving as a trusted connector between physicians, leadership, and operational infrastructure. Her work focused on overseeing provider credentialing and privileging, improving operational flow, supporting medical staff operations, leading physician-facing initiatives and events, and developing communication and growth strategies designed to elevate visibility, alignment, engagement, and provider experience.
Lauren later expanded into value-based care, payer operations, healthcare economics, referral development, and business growth strategy before supporting physician-owned groups and private healthcare organizations as a contractor and strategic advisor. Her experience includes operational leadership, compliance, physician excellence, marketing and brand positioning, business development, referral growth, and organizational performance improvement across regional and statewide healthcare systems.
She is also deeply committed to physician burnout awareness and clinician well-being initiatives through foundations such as the Clinician Burnout Foundation and other organizations dedicated to supporting provider wellness, reinforcing her belief that sustainable performance is inseparable from provider support, communication, and healthy organizational culture. Beyond her professional work, she is equally passionate about supporting individuals and families facing life's hardest moments, those navigating serious illness, and those who serve in uniform and the communities that care for them.
Today, LTPS brings together aviation-level service standards, healthcare operational expertise, strategic advisory, and creative growth support to reduce operational friction, strengthen relationships, enhance organizational visibility, and help organizations operate with greater clarity, alignment, and performance across healthcare and other high-growth service-driven industries.
